The Berlin Ensemble was formed by Bertolt Brecht and Helene Weigel. It became world renowned in the 60s through Ekkehardt Schalls and Gisela Mays fantastic performances. Since 2000 Claus Peymann has promised political theatre to co-incide with the government moving back to Berlin. Ticket office opens: Mon-Sa 8-18 und Su 11-18.00. Admission about 30-10 Euro.
